Nova Home Care (formerly the VON – Victorian Order of Nurses) is a charitable, non-profit, community-based organization that offers healthcare services to the Montréal community. Our dedicated nurses, home healthcare aid workers and volunteers provide compassionate, high quality, personalized, in-home care to people who are ill or nearing the end of life and the families who support them.
